In your daily job you will:
• Conducts the recruitment processes end to end for office positions in Workday system;• Identifies and selects potential candidates depending on candidate’s profile and job vacancy expectations;
• Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs;
• Interviewing candidates, analyzing competencies, and providing recommendations in hiring decisions;
• Ensures that the new team members are well-informed and prepared to start their activity;
• Participate and represent the company at job fairs, events, etc., and offers support in planning and organizing Employer branding activities (communication activities, events, etc.);
• Play an active role in the internal/external communication and employee engagement increase within the organization;
• Maintains and updates job descriptions and other specific documents for office category;
• Administration of organizational charts of all departments with periodic update requests;
• Responsible for the company's documentation system on the HR side; implements global/european documents at department level.
Key ingredients for succeeding in the role are your:
• University degree;• 2 years of seniority in a similar role (recruiting or employer branding project implementation);
• Knowledge of Workday tool used in the recruitment processes, is an advantage;
• Advance English skills (verbal and written);
• Copywriting skills; Good communication skills and easily work in team;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
• Hands on attitude;
• Autonomous, responsive, results and details oriented;
• Able to build a network and professional relationship.
