Requirements
University Degree in Engineering ;
At least 3 years experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
Attention to detail, pro-active, hands-on, drive to be successful
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing also in English
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives;
Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for process optimization;
Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement preventive measures to eliminate defects and non-conformities;
Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to quality standards;
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of operators;
